We got a little late start last night as we jumbled around who was available.  Sorry to those who sent tells and there wasn't a spot left .. we will have one void to fill tonight at least since Blastine is only available every-other Tuesday.Learning experiences:Attumen:  uhh .. I really should ready check before going in, glad you guys were all there (from the ready check 10 minutes earlier, but still)Bracers of the DE Shard Worgen Claw Necklace -- ChuunksMoroes:  If you dont have a second priest in the group, a hunter is very necessary to control these adds.  Two pallies definately helped as well!Moroes' Lucky Pocket Watch -- MahonriNethershard Girdle -- JazzmynnMaiden:  ummm ... yeah 2min14second kill.  I think the learning exp was for HER.  Next time I suppose she'll leave the loot at the door for us.Bands of Nefarious Deeds -- Fargol (dude .. for wanting this for so long, I expected a higher roll!  Thanks to those that passed. :))Iron Gauntlets of the Maiden -- AmulecOpera -- Oz (yay!)  I love this fight!!!!  We really control it well now too.Wicked Witch's Hat -- HuckenpahlerEarthsoul Leggings -- JazzmynnCurator -- OMG fastest kill ever.  Two evocations -- you rogues went NUTS on him, coupled with two beautifully timed Dooms.  Man you guys kick butt, thanks for letting me tag along. :)T4 Gloves -- HuckenpahlerWrynn Dynasty Greaves -- AmulecTrash epics!Grasp of the Dead -- BlastineInferno Waist Cord -- BlastineHURRAY!  ONLY ONE SHARD!!!!!

Hey guys, sounds like you had fun.  Sorry I couldn't make it, I moved into my new apartment and there was supposed to be internet, but I guess they hadn't turned it on yet.  Anyways, I should be around tonight or else I can run with the thursday group as well, whichever works best.

Had I known the results -- I could have best labelled these posts "Team Tuesday -- Gear up your Pally / Warlock". :)Jazzmynn for being somewhat new to raiding as a Pally was rocking it, and the Blizzard god decided to bless her with 8(!!!) loots IIRC.  Huckenpahler came in a close second with 5 upgrades -- gratz you guys!  I win tho :)  MY PRECIOUS .. PRECIOUS SWORD.  mmmmm I love you. MMmmm .. what was I talking about? All in all we sharded very little, and even though we got a late run of things on both nights -- we were still able to clear in 2 nights!  Shade of Aran -- Dead right as the poly hit, two warlocks make this a loot pinata -- though we got a bad flame wreath right when they spawned and had to take 15 seconds of frost bolts to the face as well as Aran's spells.  Jazzmynn -- Pauldrons of the Justice SeekerHuckenpahler -- Tirisfal Wand of AscendancyNetherspite -- This fight speaks to the point I made in an earlier post.  You learn a fight as "XYZ" and wipe if you fail.  You learn a fight well when it goes "XJP" and you're able to pull it through.  We had a couple bad swaps as people figured out their beams, lost two pretty early in phase 2 and were able to shuffle people around during the chaos and pull it together for a one-shot.  At one point I stopped threatting and started DPSing (green beam, I loves ya) -- I think this was a mistake though as when he came out of the banish he really wanted to eat Fargol's face.  Must have been those >1k drain life tics or something ...Quani -- Pantaloons of RepentanceJazzmynn -- Shining Chain of the AfterworldChess -- it seems weird to say it, but great healing!  Our knights are the most mobile units, and were used to great effect - both were alive the whole time doing massive damage and tying down their side to be responsive to our moves.  NOTE: we discovered you dont have to be in the raid at the kill time to get the chess loots .. we should NEVER shard this.  The chest might despawn though .. but maybe someone not committed to raid 2, or various alts can log off by the entrance to maybe get in and summoned?Chuunks -- "Galaxian" - the King's Defender   (hey, if BB King can name his guitar Lucille -- after umpteen attempts, it deserves a name :)).Huckenpahler -- Ring of RecurrancePrince -- lucky infernal drops I think - great calling by Quani, and then Amulec. :)  Hurray for random loot and another hunter/mage/warlock token!?Huckenpahler - Nathrezim MindbladeKurome - T4 helmNightbane -- this fight is all about the transitions.  Getting control of those skeletons on the ground and focus-firing them down, while making sure the person with the debuff doesn't blow us all up.  Additionally when it lands -- popping into the bag of tricks really helps, Moroes trinket / Shield Wall / Last Stand just to overcome that initial (potential) burst damage while healers get into position and start on their big heals.Mahonri -- Chestguard of the Conniver        (Murphy's Law of Loot states that as soon as you run an instance 10 times for a peice, you will replace it in a week.  Proven.)Jazzmynn -- Dragonheart FlameshieldIllhoof -- it's all in the targetting macros.  And ... sadly -- about abandonning the last person or two in the chains (if anyone has died earlier).Jazzmynn -- Breastplate of the LightbenderJazzmynn -- Cord of Nature's SustenanceGREAT RUN EVERYONE!

WOW ... did most people pass on items or did Jazzmynn win almost every /roll? 8 items in one week just seems like A LOT to me ... of course for all my effort in group 2, I have yet so see myself win a single roll. :(

Defaulted mostly, Killean has practically his full plate Kara healing set at this point -- I think it's the luxury of being a plate mail wearing healer, cloth/leather/mail/plate all is wearable as an upgrade.I thought it was awesome though since most of it was probably going to be shards if it weren't for Huck/Jazz being there. This is honestly something we should probably do every week - grab a couple extras who haven't already committed to Thursday group to get loot/experience.  Sharding sucks.  Progression rocks.

I believe that, regardless of committment, if we plan this right it will work. This can have quite an impact on guild progression. We can have a swap or fill in on Thursday to fill in the voids on Thurs/Sun.  It would be great to substitute a couple of different folks into the Tues group to get some gear each week.  We can do that for a few weeks by rotating folks each time and get some more of our folks geared out.  Let's chat about it in-game to decide on how we would do this and whom would go when.  I don't want to have a mad rush of folks trying to get their way in.  Without getting into details and approaching the political side of things, let's have a officer discussion online -Mahnalor

Not sure if Huck or Hardwigg will be able to make it tonight.  My god-damn glasses broke and I need to get into the eye doctor ASAP for a new prescription so I can quit wearing these old old glasses that give me a headache and make my eyes bug out.  Should be there tomorrow (Wednesday) though if I don't make it tonight.

Hey guys, I don't think I'm going to be able to make it tonight either.  My sister is back in town after spending a year in Germany, and she'd like me to go out to the bars with her tonight.  Sorry to bail on you guys for another tuesday.  I'm fairly certain heals will be fine with 2 healers.  If there's a problem, mike can always log on my character for a fight.  I believe Onestar and Nagashi/Aggrocity have been looking to do kara for a while as well(and i'm pretty sure they're not with group 2).  Sniper also doesn't currently have a spot in either raid.  Hope everything goes well!  I'll be back for the Wednesday raid.

!!!! A couple hours before raid!  AhhhhHhh! I guess that's better than not knowing. :)  Honestly in fairness you should probably leave the decision to the remaining healers as to who to fill that last spot, since they'll going to have to cover for your absence ...  Maybe Jazzmynn which still leaves a DPS hole? .. but then obligates you to take her place in group 2.  I dunno ... maybe it's doable with two healers but I'd hate to be the one to suggest it. :P
