You can jump, but you have to wait till you land to start the next one... I know it seems a bit ridiculous, but yeah every millisecond counts.

I usually just step back (or foward, right left, whatever your preference) to cancel my heals. I keep my left hand on the keyboard and my clique keys are ctrl and shift. Tilda is my vent talk so I keep my hand on the left hempisphere of my keyboard as a result. It seems to work out so far.

Daghi - you could also consider having you pet take the ruummy route, and go park him on a far side wall, and hit the stay button. Seems like running to the side would take just as much time as dismissing him, and save you the loyalty cost. Just a thought - I only play a crusty 50's hunter

WTB: 2 heals

I have to use ctrl, alt, shift, ctrl+shift, alt+shift, ctrl+alt, and ctrl+alt+shift (and yeah I use all the mouse buttons too) for all my different healing spells/ranks that I use while raiding, so thats why I have trouble making it back to the movement keys in time to cancel. Also, flame wreath FTL...

Haha...it helps to have more than 2 buttons on your mouse a well

I generally don't have mana issues when i'm hitting Shade, so I don't worry too much about heal canceling his fight. If anything its not too much of a reach for me to stretch a little past the tilda button to hit the Escape key.

Escape doesn't work for me... not sure why. maybe I unbound it or something...

I have escape bound to "Toggle game menu", I think thats the default bind.
