Anyone smarter then me mind explaining the 10% im losing in damage coefficiant with improved frostbolt? Does that mean whatever my bonus spell damage is when i cast frostbolts im losing 10% of it?

I read it as you improve the speed of your cast but will cause less damage.  So if you don't put points into it , it will hit harder and take longer to cast.  So is it worth the half  a second cast time to lose 10% dmg?  Lots of posts on the WoW mage forums, just have to weed through the flame posts, I will see how it is.

Well im not sure how much of a difference it made, I'm still criting for 1800ish, and normal frostbolts still hit for over 800 each shot.
