Just to put this out there...I am not the deciding vote, but I thought that I would get some more info

Are you wanting to join to play with your RL friends or wanting to join to raid? IF the answer is to play with friends, then a lot of what I have to say is irrelevant.
Spec: Draenei--This isnt asking what your race is. Usually this is where you put what class your character is and what the spec in that class is FOR EXAMPLE-- I have a Paladin and she is holy so I would say "HOLY PALLY"
Raid Experience?? You said Nexus and ZD-- that is questing and doing dungeons NOT raiding. I think with you not being 80 yet, it would be appropriate to list any of the pre WotLK raids that you did. Did you do Black Temple, SSC, TK, or Hyjal at all? Answering Nexus and ZD is making it seem as though you might not know what a raid is...
Times you play-- Is that server time? we generally dont get done raiding completely until 11 server, but usually people can come in and out as we get replacements and RL steps in the way.. I just wanted to check if those times were server or different--for example if that was NY time, then you wouldnt be able to raid that much with us.
Potions/Elixir, food consumables-- these questions arent asking about your spec or what you are leveling. It is great taht you are leveling your cooking and your first add is lvld, but what this is asking is WHAT FOOD you will bring to give you a buff. If your cooking isnt leveled up yet, this is asking what kind you will farm and have someone make you OR what food you will buy. ELIXIRS/POTIONS what elixirs are you going to use? or what flask are you going to use? It is assumed that everyone comes with either elixirs or flasks for themselves.
HIT--I don't know what the hit is for anything really but Locks, but that is because I know what my hit cap is. If you don't know what your class hit rating is, you should find out-- ask someone in trade or ask someone that is good-- before you fill out an application
Favorite boss fight-- we are trying to get to know who you are with this Q. Of course you want to proceed to more end game things, but which bosses have you looked at or watched on YouTube or read about that you really want to go kill!?
This is a really fun guild, but part of the purpose of this application is to ensure that we are accepting people that know how to play their class. It is important that you know the details-- or know how to find out the details.

Also, I notice that you are the Guild Master of your small guild.. I assume that is a guild then of friends.. Do they know that you are thinking of leaving? I ask because we have had people come to our guild as a friend of a friend to gear up then go back to their friends...

*Wipes tear* I'm so proud, my little Kaitlynn is growing up to be quite the crusher of dreams. We should have separate Apps. 1 for people applying for raiding spots and 1 for people applying to hang out w/ their friends. I'll get started on making those...
