So I came home after a 14 hour day last night, ate a giant bratwurst, chugged a couple beers, and passed out on my couch and slept for 14 straight hours.
Woke up this morning to a text from Jim that I was needed to fill the raid, so sorry guys. I was completely out of it. I see you got the Rag kill though so grats!

According to the armory, my tanking set is iLvl 362. My apologies to the healers for sitting on my 10k valor points.

Did a comparison. With my 10k valor points, I was able to upgrade six pieces of gear.
Ragnaros kill set: 162.4k HP, 86.39% CTC
Upgraded set: 168.5k HP, 91.06% CTC
So even if I spent my valor points before the raid, you would have gotten 6k more HP and 5% more combat table coverage.
