You've been a running joke in the guild since you left. If someone causes a wipe we'll ask what show they were watching on TV. It's all in good fun. Not that I'm critiquing you on your current application or anything, that will be up to the officers. I just wanted to say Hi!
Do you know what "nemesis" means? A righteous infliction of retribution manifested by an appropriate agent. Personified in this case by an 'orrible cunt... me.

I looked them over, and seeing as I have been guilds like this one many times before, I'm sure that info is not the most up-to-date. However, the tuesday/thursday one would work fine for us.
Our raid times are up to date.

Your gear isn't ready to raid, so at most you would be coming in as a casual. I remember you dying almost instantly on pulls because you were watching tv. If it was up to me I would put you guys up for a trial in hopes that you don't still do that.

._. lol...i suppose people remember things differently. I remember that actually happening when we were doing old t5 content in uhhh the serpentshrine or whatever for lols since we were doing t6 content already, and then I kept repeating that excuse when dying because it was funny. Hell, I remember most feeling like a badass when I was getting top dps on gorefiend and other black temple bosses. I've realized since I started tanking and stuff that nobody really remembers someone's dps or really cares (who the hell would care about some schmuck without a microphone), but really who dies on trivial boss mechanics. So yeah, I guess I got ahead of myself since we aren't ready for raiding yet, and we'll just go on the pug-circuit for raids for awhile and find somewhere else to go. Thanks for taking the time to read the app and good luck in the rest of firelands.

Not being ready for raiding just means that the Tue/Thu, Sun/Mon Firelands raids (which are allegedly heroic progression, cough) would not be a good fit for you at this time. The third raid on Fridays (which I guess I'm in charge of now), does not have as high a barrier. That being said, that raid is very marginal in terms of meeting the DPS threshold on some of the normal mode Firelands bosses (or if we drop from 3 to 2 healers, healing threshold).

On some nights when we have mostly alts of raider ranked players, we can go 6/7 in the third raid, but cut it really close. On other nights when we have to cajole some people to fill in, we go 1/7. It really depends on what you want. If you like the FA guild environment, you can certainly have your toons invited in the guild and use the PuG circuit (and in patch 4.3, LFR tool) to raid until you're comfortable taking a shot at the guild raids. There are plenty of people in FA that don't raid in the two ten mans; we have people that PvP and people that raid only once in a while.
