It was a freaking BLAST to be able to down the guy with only a relatively few number of attempts.He hits real hard, but it's his mighty bleeds that kill - the biggest learning experience is that he has a "brutal swipe" attack that is dispersed in a cone in front of him for over10k. We had people (doing the right thing) and moving to his backside which is good in most fights because mobs cant parry attacks from behind, and I was doing the same when Faethon was tanking -- once we straightened that out and had both tanks holding hands in front of his human form, it only took a couple attempts to make sure our rotations were right. A failed taunt is a fail. Lets see ... pulls:2 patrols (could miss second if we're fast) of two Trolls3 Trolls next to first ledge2 Bears2 Bears3 Trolls on second landing2 Mounted Trolls on third landing2 Mounted Trolls + 2 Witch Doctors next to the AvatarI'm not sure if its' 20 minutes until you *engage* the boss. I sure hope so -- from the emotes, it sounded like he was going to eat/kill his captive (like Baron 45). So that probably is the case.

Oh yeah .. and he dropped some dead sexy tanking boots. Mmmmmmmmm... probably wont see those drop for 20 attempts on live.Jungle Stompers

Nice! Glad to hear you guys made it through some stuff. And the server didn't even crash! I approve of the footwear btw
