What is your raid experience? Please list as much as you think is relevant.

Why did you leave your previous (current) guild? I have not left yet and it is just a leveling guild.
Does anyone in our guild know you? No
How did you find out about our guild? Spam in trade
How many alts do you have and is this your main? I have a level 90 resto Shaman; however, this is my main.
What are your play times? Evenings
Which of our raid times would you be able to make? I would prefer the Tuesdays and Thursdays. But I can also raid on the weekend group.
Would you be willing to sit out if it is necessary without a fuss? I understand strategies and group make-ups. So I would definitely understanding being swap out for better of the raid.
Have you spent proper time and money into your gear / enchants / gems? I am working diligently on improving my gear. I'm working on leveling my reputations with factions to gain recipes for blacksmith and faction gear.
Raiders are expected to use consumables during raids. In the following categories what consumable would you use and why?
- Flask/Elixirs: Flask of Winter's Bite for physical damage and a Flask of the Earth for magic damage.
- Well Fed: For encounter with heavy physical damage, you should always eat food that gives you Strength. You will be granted:
• 300 Strength by Black Pepper Ribs and Shrimp;
• 275 Strength by Eternal Blossom Fish, Banquet of the Grill, or Great Banquet of the Grill;
• 250 Strength by Charbroiled Tiger Steak or any of other banquets.
For encounter with heavy magic damage, you should always eat food that gives you Stamina. You will be granted:
• 300 Stamina by Chun Tian Spring Rolls;
• 275 Stamina by Twin Fish Platter, Banquet of the Oven, or Great Banquet of the Oven;
• 250 Stamina by Wildfowl Roast or any of other banquets.
- Potion: Potion of the Mountains for physical damage and Master Healing Potion for magic damage.
If you are DPS, what is the (spell) hit your character needs to be viable in a raid?
What is the basic gemming strategy for your character? Stam, Parry, Dodge, and Mastery
What is the basic reforging strategy for your character? Stam, Mastery, and Parry
What is your favorite boss fight and why? What boss haven't you fought that you're looking forward to the most? It's been awhile since I tanked a worthy opponent to speak of; however, I am looking forward to learning new content.
What boss mod(s) do you use? DBM
What website(s) do you use to read up on encounters proactively? Icy Veins atm and whatever is recommended from raid leaders

greetings, thanks for the app! our tuesday / thursday group does not need a tank or more melee at the moment, but the weekend group does, although we are still in the process of getting enough people to be able to run it. your gear does not meet our raider requirements, mainly due to missing enchants and gems, but we can get you and invite as a casual raider until everything is in order. track someone down online and we can get you an invite.
