Raiding Status

Post by Aezelkvalae »

So once again Tuesday I couldn't show up. I had the power off in my house and I was crawling around in our attic removing some old aluminum wiring stints that someone had used in the past to leg to switches. Hopefully now, our house won't burn down.

I'm sure Henry at the least has noticed I haven't logged in for a while, and my raid attendance has been sparse. I could bore you with the long list of shit going on in my life(mostly work related) but instead I'll just say that for the time being my attendance will continue be slim to none for group 2. I don't plan on quitting the game or anything, and I hope to be raiding again soon, but I just don't have time for it at the moment.

I'll try to hold the 10th spot for you as long as I can. As you can probably tell from our recent log parses, our DPS is ... something.

Well, our house is liveable again and my recording sessions are done so I don't have to be up at 5:30 am(3:30 server) anymore. I think I'll actually be able to raid this week again.

\o/ I don't think there was an official post, but Jeff's raid leading hiatus is over and he is back in charge again.

Okay so that was a mistake. I don't think I'm cut out for late night anymore. I literally can't stay awake or function. Good luck in this tier guys.

ok, sorry if the later schedule messed you up. if you still want to raid, but don't want to stay on as late, perhaps we can work something out with a sub or something.

Nah, it's fine Jeff. 7:30 or 8 wouldn't matter much, that still puts me at 12:30 or 1 am my time to finish. I felt like I wanted to die when my alarm went of the next morning. I used to be able to pull those kind of hours no problem but I think I'm just old now 8-)

I don't really want to split time with anyone, that just hurts the raid. Then you are limping along having to re-teach fights to either me or someone else all the time that the rest of the group knows already. Hopefully you can find someone that will be there every time.

ah, getting old and / or daylight savings time will do that. i guess the only logical thing to do is move to the west coast ;)
there is also the option of raiding with pinkbird on fridays if you're interested, they usually need people.
