Hey I have an issue with my Bnet mobile authenticator. to keep it short my phone is stuck on the boot screen because i downloaded a system update. since my phone is K.I.A for the moment I can't use the authenticator app and I can't login wow or my Bnet account. any ideas how I can fix this?

if you can't fix your phone, you'll probably need to call blizzard to get them to unlock your account, and as far as i'm aware they require proof of identification to unlock an account with an authenticator. you may also want to check the customer service forum on their site, i'm sure you're not the only one this has happened to.
