What is your raid experience? Please list as much as you think is relevant.
AOTC in Vault of the Incarnates on Warrior (mostly tank. took up DPS at the end of the season through Raz kill)

Why did you leave your previous (current) guild?
Inactivity. We had a small group that slowly dwindled to where we could not field a consistent run each week. A few friends and I pugged all of Vault of the Incarnates. That was fun but it also takes a long time to try and build the right pug group so progression was slow. I soloed pugged Raz in the end once others lost interest in attempting the pug turn table.

How did you find our guild?

What is the basic enchanting / gemming strategy for your character?
I use icy-veins and wowhead as a general guideline at first. As I progress, I have been using raidbots to sim and make my choices.

What consumables do you use during raids?
Food, weapon runes, phials. Occasional combat potions but it is hard to commit that level of gold until you get a good pug group. My alchemy is not high enough to make potion cauldrons to supplement buying them often.

What boss mod(s) / addons do you use?
BigWigs
WeakAuras

Is there anything else you want to tell us?
I normally tank because of the needs of my current friend group but I have been getting back to DPS on my Warrior both in Mythic+ and practicing in the last raid near the end of the season.
I like doing both and willingly swap between both roles.

Are there any ways that we can improve the application process?

I normally tank because of the needs of my current friend group but I have been getting back to DPS on my Warrior both in Mythic+ and practicing in the last raid near the end of the season.
I like doing both and willingly swap between both roles.

we are usually set for tanks so you primarily would need to dps if that is ok with you.

ok, we organize everything with communities so it doesn't matter much either way, but if you decide to transfer you may want to wait and see if we meet your expectations before doing so. in the meantime if you are interested in the guild mythic+ events you should join the mythic+ community:
