Which of the following best describes your raiding goals? 2. not really into mythic. willing to try with the right group though.
1. Raid whenever you have time in whatever group is most convenient
2. Raid consistently in a normal / heroic mode group and maybe some mythic
3. Dedicated to progressing through mythic at whatever rate the group is capable of
4. Hardcore mythic progression

What is your raid experience? Please list as much as you think is relevant.
ICC was my first experience.
AOTC in MoP's SoO. Then I pvp in Cata. break. AOTC up to 8 toons in all 4 season in DF, fun. AOTC just 4 toons in NP, not so nice a raid. Don't have a super active guild.

Why did you leave your previous (current) guild?
I still raid W/F with one of my Hpriest, I won't quit.
I raid S/S on my 2nd Hpriest but this guild is sporatic.

How did you find our guild?
input my availability in raider.io and you came up and I like the name.

What is the basic enchanting / gemming strategy for your character?
i do what i am told. as a healer i have flexibility and can get away with less than max lol.

What consumables do you use during raids?
all. usually the only one with every buff including vantus.

What boss mod(s) / addons do you use?
dbm/WA etc

Is there anything else you want to tell us?
The warrior is not a main but I enjoy it enough that I could play it if needed. I prefer the Paladin which I play all 3 spec. Maining Ret. It is my main questing toon.
I also enjoy and reliably play Destro warlock, MM hunter, (Frost mage), UH/(Frost) DK, resto shaman, resto druid, (holy priests). Trying to find a home and then I will play what is needed. I did not play the resto's this season as I have 2 holy priests in raid groups.
If I was to fit in I would make it my main home and could play Hpriest or w/e. Hpriest was my main all DF. I have learnt how important talents are. Sometimes I do alternate builds which may be more aoe style rather than lightweaver. I do enjoy some m+ on holy and basically all my toons. I am not proficient at all the dungeons but I want to be. I cannot do 40 minute runs though. Raiding I get enough breaks for my fingers. Dungeons get too intense at high key level. I want to enjoy, not race =). I am capable of 10s so long as my team is as well.

this is generally what we aim for. if we have time at the end of a tier and there is sufficient interest we'll check out mythic to see if the first couple bosses are feasible, but we usually don't try to push mythic progression.

our general rule is to play whatever you prefer as long as you play it consistently during a tier. we prefer that people only switch toons between tiers or expansions, unless otherwise requested for raid comp reasons.

we are currently running 8-10s for those that are interested in mythic+. we usually time the 8s and 9s but 10s are still a challenge for us that require some persistence to get through.
