So the roster for this week is simple; you know if you are coming.  People that are looking to grab a sub spot, be on when invites go out.  We should have a full group tonight, but if someone can't make it or whatever, I will look for subs.It will be a full clear as before.

Just FYI: heading off to a superbowl party thingy, but I should be back by 7. Just incase I cut it close, I'm parked outside ready to go.

You can control Moroes adds a couple ways (the most obvious/easiest would be the Shackle Undead).  Two other techniques would be using hunter traps and Pally fears.  Pally fears are rough because the mob could reset the encounter by running out the room.  I dont think there was a hunter in the group for that pull (since Aggrocity would have to be there threatting on Moroes) so I'm going to hazard a guess and say Pally fears with focused DPS on all the adds first.  Between all the pally fears and stuns - I bet it was a little chaotic, but a lot of fun. :)

Ooops -- I take that  back.  Miharu was there.   1 focus DPS, 1 trap, 2 pally fear/stun/fear.

Hmm, I think I'll stick with the seemingly more controlled method :P   How long did it take you folks to clear all that in one night?

Not that we run with as many rogues these days, but...1 or 2 Rogues and a warlock can handle 1 or 2 adds as well, with the warlock casting searing pain and keeping dots up while running around the room, and the rogues using crippling poison and dps'ing while feinting, using stuns if the add gets too close to the lock. Controlling all of the adds sucks since the off tank can't get enough threat by the time dps moves in on Moroes, making dps vulnerable during a gouge or blind.

We basically deal with Moroes with what ever method will work the best for the group.  If we have a shackle, I will always keep one mob shackled until Moroes is dead.  When we have no priests, we usually burn down the s-priest or holy priest first, while interuppting heals/ mana burns; all while we have the other clothie on blind.  If we don't have a rogue, one of the tanks will grab our second kill target while we are dpsing the first.  Sometimes I will kite the Arms/prot warrior.  Or in the case of last night when we had some vent problems or something, I ended up kiting the prot warrior and the ret pally.  If you have the prot warrior, always kill him after Moroes is dead if you can.  He takes a while to kill, so that is just that much less time that Moroes can be wasting healing mana, and garroting people. The more you know the fight, and the adds, the easier it is to tailor your strat for different groups.  And when something goes wrong, it is easier to react when you know that you can't have a ret pally running amuck by your healers.Andy

During that fight, as before mentioned, square never got trapped...so Andy had some fun there as a tank; after he got loose and started tearing into the healers and others I pally-feared him twice until we got some other guys down. I only can reference the guy based on his symbol since I was too busy healing/other crap to notice who it was :P. I saw a few HoJ stuns here and there too.
