Myrdinn, Dixiemartin, Hardwigg, Dudepal and Fargol gave the slave pens another shot - and ended up clearing the whole instance!
The 2nd boss went much easier with the Myrdinn having a healthy amount of HPs in bear form, and dixie's frost resist aura. We had brought frost protection pots, but we 1-shotted the boss with out them!
The last boss turned out to be nature resist intensive - a giant boss monster with plenty of green sprays of nature dmg. But, there's an NPC nearby (also quest related) that provides a very large NR buff (I think 100 NR). Add hardwiggs hunter buff, and we were at 160+ NR for the fight, and it went quite smoothly.
Next we gave the Underbog (next instance in Coilfang 63-67?) First boss was similar to the last of Slave Pens - a large bog monster. This one sprouts mushrooms that when fully grown give off a nasty poison around them. I (Fargol) died early in the fight due to pulling aggro, but the rest kept on and we 1-shotted it on our very first attempt!
We made a few attempts at the second boss, and were sucessful on our 3rd try. It's a giant hydra, level 64 boss. The fight is on a platform high above some water. The boss has relatively low hit points, but has a nasty tail sweep that can knock back... right off the platform and into the water below containing many ZG-like annoying fish that instantly swarm and devour you. Leaving the platform was our problem the first two attempts, with a minor second being 61 myrdinn losing aggro to the 64 boss sometimes - a level issue for sure, not a player/skill problem
As it was late by then, we decided to call it. I'm sure we'll get another run in soon enough - just the last boss and his pet left to be attempted and defeated!
As for loot, we linked most of the items in guild chat, but I don't recall offhand, perhaps one of my groupmates could post um?

Yeah, that was a lot of fun. I think doing new instances for the first time is the best part of the game. Really enjoyed that new content. I went all Feral as I think that's the most versatile for 5 mans. I don't like going full resto for 5 mans and going without a priest or pally for rezzing. It's great when there's a war and a priest/pally in the group as it's pretty cool to go dps/off-tank/off-heal in the same instance. But I'm glad the guild is cool with bear tanks as it's almost like having another 60+ toon with the different play style. Now I just need to get some levels. The rest of you all at 64 please slow down, play an alt
