Raiding after expansion?

I wanted to ping everyone if we still plan to do 20+ man raids on a weekly basis after the expansion comes out. Here are the new instances coming out: http://www.wowwiki.com/Instances_by_level So looks like 5-manning will be the best way to level and gear up on the new content.

Whatever we do, we should still keep everyone active and organized with scheduled raiding times, be they 5- or 20-man. Most 5-mans we can do now at any given time with whatever members are online. And I assume we'll have to devote a substantial amount of time to the learning curve on the new instances.I don't know if I really said anything helpful just now.

YES, We will most definatly be doing full guild raids. While many are 5 man, there are also 25 man raids which I fully anticipate the guild taking part in.

Looks from the community site there will be a lot of raiding quests in the expansion. That sounds like fun as most of the 25-man instances are going to be difficult at level 70. Mostly just trying to decide whether to respec feral for 5-man runs with the druid (Myrdinn). I'll wait in any case until after the expansion to figure it out...and still try to grab some of the PvP feral-based set in the meantime. I'm actually looking forward to finishing BWL and AQ at level 65 =)

Honestly guys ZG and AQ20 will still be great EXP until we are probably 62-63, so yes i would say we should keep our scheduled runs going. Besides it will take time for everyone to quest and get the necassary quests for the new 5 mans.

I dunno about "great" exp, since raids have an xp penalty - which is about the same amount negative as rest gives you positive, from what I remember. That said, I think it'll still be fun to get the gang together and do ZG on wed still, it'll be fun and will just keep getting easier as we collectively level up. Of course, once we start hitting 70 they'll be other adventures for us.
