2 Kara Raid Groups

Hello fellow guildees,I must say it's amazing to see this guild grow the way it has! Way to go! Now it's time to form our two raid groups and hit Kara like nobody's business! Then its on to Gruul!!! Anyway, onto business...Though we have another thread regarding raiding availability, this thread will try as much as possible to actually coordinate the formation of two raid groups on specific days. Based on our activity as a guild, the two best days for starting have been Tuesday and Wednesday. This will be our anchor point in creating the two specific groups. From an availability standpoint it appears that the best combination will be Tuesday,Wednesday for Raid Group A and Thursday, Sunday for Raid Group B. Not only does this leave the possibility for those with alts to help out on additional days, but leaves additional time to finish off anything left behind before the reset on Tuesday. This, of course, can be changed if needed, but is the best combination of those who put down their schedule. I have done the best I could to accommodate everyone's schedule so please think of that fact before posting your responses. This is not meant to leave anyone out but is meant to provide our guild some forward progression.I urge everyone to please provide their input on this proposal. With all of the scheduling going on, there has been no definitive say on which days to raid with whom... This helps in putting a stake into the ground for our 2-Kara guild . I will also send an in-game email to remind everyone to please register and become active in these forums for all guild communications.The list is a compilation of availability and has not been adjusted for class availability. Once we get a commitment on certain Raid nights from guildees, we can reevaluate any imbalances, etc. I have only included main characters here. If anyone has another alt that is attuned and wants to commit to both raid groups then please let me know. Let me know if I have left anyone off. As all of us can see, there are more than 10 folks in each group. This is a necessity in a 10-person raid as there will always be someone who cannot make it or a class imbalance. What we are looking for here is a commitment from guildees for particular raid nights. In addition, if anyone in particular is in the wrong group please let me know and I will make the change. After some feedback, and some massaging, we will create 2 different discussion threads related to the 2 groups to facilitate communication. The plan is to start these 2 groups within the next week or two. Couple points -- if we're not using our alts in the secondary raid group, they could theoretically be on the same day if it works for everyone ..Deathrow/Blastine is every other Tuesday, and Kaittlynn is only ever on Tuesday to raid.

was wondering if i can go with group a on tuesday and wensday cause that somtimes on thursday i get held up at work, tuesday and wensday i beable to make raids without a doubt.ps: lets kick kara's butt

Unsure of what this chart means exactly, but I'm only going when Dan's (Hardwigg) going. Not saying I'll be there every time he is, but I most likely will never be there when he's not there.

Not sure if the groups have been updated since the discussion last night .. I'm drafting a post now about raiding tonight based on the few I've talked to (where were you!??) and who has been there in the past.

Hello All,The meeting last night was successful in terms of turn out and feedback. We will be splitting up Kara into 2 Raid groups. Please see the individual posts on the Tuesday or Thursday raid groups. Thanks for all of those who attended.-Mahnalor
