What is your raid experience? I've done all previous raids with minimal ICC experience

Why did you leave your previous (current) guild? They do not raid often

How many alts do you have and is this your main? This is my main, but I have three other alts

What are your play times? Anytime between 1:00PM - 1:00AM MON-SUN at the moment.

What is the (spell) hit your class needs to be viable in a raid?
From my understanding, 365hit (cap) and at least 2100 spell power, which I exceed.

my only comment is the lack of enchant on your cloak and no socket on your belt, but seeing as it's naxx gear... meh.
also, i believe the hit cap is 342 (without any debuff on target) due to the dranei racial, but i'm not all that familiar with shammies.

Restoration offspec, and no healing mods? like GRID? just wondering.

Also, Runic Mana potions...would you want Potions of Speed for Haste=more dps.

I'm a tank and have limited knowledge of other classes....just wondering..

Yes you should be using Haste pots. Mana should not be an issue for you.
What is your alchemy specialization?
Also after just a brief few mins of forum reading it appears you have the wrong glyphs. You should be using Glyph of Lightning Bolt, Glyph of Flame Shock, and Glyph of Totem of Wrath. Lava might be better than ToW with your 4pc and low spell power. I'm mostly an enhancement shaman so take my words with a grain of salt.

Thanks for the suggestions, I will be sure to stock up on the haste potions, and I have already made the necessary adjustments to my glyphs.

Side note on Potion of Speed - this should not be used during heroism once you are around 600 haste rating, as it will push your lightning bolt cast time below the GCD. Use it right after heroism, or use a potion of wild magic during heroism instead.

Hanh whats the next step up from 600 haste? Like if you went to 800 haste could you get in another LB before LvB came off of cooldown?

I have found that it pretty much keeps scaling relatively well, its more if you need to use a chain lightning to close the gap
