I currently possess the Eye of Sulfuras (the main component to combine with the Sulfuron Hammer) as well as 4x Sulfuron Ingots. The main thing is to get the other mats for Sulfuron Hammer which are as follows:

4x Sulfuron Ingots (drops from Golemagg in MC)
20x Dark Iron Bar
49x Arcanite Bar
16x Essense of Fire
10x Blood of the Mountain (this is EXTREMELY rare and only found when mining from Dark Iron Deposits or from killing Molten Destroyers in MC)

I think with enough patience and teamwork we can knock out this guild achievement.
