I just noticed everything says TBD for group 1 personel needs...
Tank - We could use a DPS with Tank offspec to fill in.
Healers - We really need atleast 1 and possibly 2 (To give Inori a night off every now and then).
DPS - We really need atleast 2 DPS and possibly 4.
The group greatly needs Heroism. (Shaman/Mage)

I am trying really hard to stay away from alts, even the players that are good with them because it wouldn't be fair to those who aren't. While G1 isnt focused on Heroics, I also don't want to be wiping all night with alts that people don't know how to play.
The goal for me isn't about heroics or not. It's about stress free, drama free, raiding. Thats why I dig the LFR. Queue up, zone in, blow shit up, if someone sucks vote kick them, and collect loot.
