Tuesday - Thursday signups 2/26 2/28

We need a second raid night to progress. Recently we've been struggling with that -- but we've had more than enough for Tuesday so some people had to sit out. I'm going to start managing signups for raids -- there are people we can consistantly rely on, and there are some that have spotty schedules, and there are some that are completely unreliable. If you have special circumstances like "will be logging on @7:50 parked at the entrance" -- include them. Preferrential treatment will be given to folks who can make both nights. If you sign up for a raid and end up not showing up without some decent advance notice - - we'll be forced to come up with some solution, but at least we have a list to work from and people will be held accountable. EDIT: IF YOU CANNOT MAKE IT ON THURSDAY -- SAY IF YOU CAN ON WEDNESDAY OR NOT. I'm not going to graph it unless we see it becoming a more viable raid day. EDIT NOTE #2: I made a mistake initially as I created this list -- this is not a "first come first served raid". As we progress, we are obviously going to need to take our most capable, most available people who are focused on progression and contribute to the raid. As you can see, the list for Tuesday is > 25 people already and there are a few people who I know will be there and haven't signed up yet. (Our GM for one .. our ex-ex-GM and host of the website for another .. Another .. etc.) If *I* were the one doing the invites, I would base it on a number of intangible and hard to measure things -- whether you were able to make 100% of our raids, how much time you spend on your character outside of raid times (positive attitude, enchanting your own gear, farming pots, helping other guildees, contributing to the guild bank, etc..) This list will evolve and we will probably have something more static, kind of like we did Kara -- if DPS wanted to raid, it would negotiate with current DPS -- or if DPS was going to take a holiday one week, he/she would broadcast his/her available seat... I want to be fair - and we'll do our best. But as you can see -- we have more than enough raiders on Tuesday, and not nearly enough (yet) on Thursday. Athha (Paladin - Holy) should be able to make it both nights, but I may be cutting it a little bit on the closer side (meaning I'll try to park myself at SSC). If you need pots/elixirs/flasks for the night(s), please send me in-game messages before the day of so I can get those out to you guys in a timely manner

. My work schedule has made my Tuesday/Thursday nights pretty iffy, since I technically work till 8pm, but I can always get out a little early at least. This Thursday I managed to slip out a lot earlier, and I don't want to waste that kind of sacrifice again.

Beiner is available both days. On few ocassions I'll be stuck at work late, like next Thursday where there's a chance I can be late.

I'm good to go Tuesday, Thursday and even Wednesday. I do have the rare OT but that doesnt happen very often. Earliest I can log will be 6:30-6:45 server each night.

Who would you prefer to bring - so I can put that in for you? (even if we have to swap out for group makeup - you should be in there on your 'main')
