Your gemming/reforging is a mess. Agility beats everything, by a LOT. Every gem slot should either be agility or an agility hybrid gem. Use reforging to pick up your expertise/hit/secondary stats.

Sorry guys, I got home about 30 mins before the raid, plopped down on the couch to wait and fell asleep. I slept straight through until 4 am when my wife came out to find me and figure out where the hell I was.

So after I logged Tuesday I actually did end up getting quite ill. I guess I was really getting the flu. I've been home from work today, and running a 102+ grade temp, so I probably won't be in much shape again tonight to stay up late.

Well as odd as it is, my druid's name is pure win across all severs. Only Aezelkvalae in all of WoW.
